1. Health and Safety:
While we strive to provide the best care for your pet, our services are not a substitute for regular veterinary care. If your pet has any medical conditions or requires special attention, please inform us prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your pet’s health.

2. Behavior:
For the safety of your pet and our groomers, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior. In such cases, a partial fee may apply.

3. Pricing:
Prices are subject to change based on your pet’s condition, size, and additional services requested. We will provide a quote before starting any work, and any changes will be communicated clearly.

4. Cancellations:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

5. Flea and Tick Treatment:
If fleas or ticks are discovered during grooming, we may recommend a treatment. Additional charges may apply for any treatments or extra cleaning required.

6. Satisfaction:
We aim to ensure your satisfaction, but please be aware that grooming results can vary depending on your pet’s coat condition and behavior. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

7. Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, Groomingtails Pet Spa is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may occur during grooming.

8- Re-Grooming Policy

 If a re-grooming is needed due to dissatisfaction with the original service, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply for re-grooming services. 

9- Completion of Service:
Once our groomer has completed the grooming session and leaves your location, the service is considered finished. Any concerns or issues should be addressed before the groomer departs.
